Biography
Nasir Alakbarli
Economics researcher and consultant
An economics researcher born in Nakhchivan. He completed a bachelor’s degree in international economics at Nakhchivan State University and continues graduate and doctoral work at Anadolu University. His research focuses on carbon taxation, sustainable growth, trade, and competition policy. He combines academic work with teaching, research design, and sector advisory.
